Each month we intentionally reach out to our neighbors and friends with love as the hands and feet of Jesus Christ.

Monthly Opportunity to Serve

For more than 115 years, the United Methodist Children’s Home has cared for thousands of abandoned, abused, and neglected children & youth. Throughout the month of December we will be receiving offerings for the United Methodist Children’s Home. Please mark your special offerings “White Christmas.” Your gifts will continue to make a difference in the lives of children and youth across Alabama and West Florida!.

Angel Tree

The Bay County School System has partnered with a company to provide fleece jackets to 14,000 school kids for $17 each. They are usually $40 each. The jackets have an "850Strong" patch - the slogan being used for Hurricane Michael recovery. Take an angel from our tree in the Gathering Space to remind you to bring a donation for jackets by tomorrow, December 17. We will order in bulk, and they will be delivered directly to the schools there. You may designate your gifts in the offering plate or bring a check to the church office.

PUMCM Dinner

All are welcome Sunday, December 30th at 4:00pm as we, along with our friends from St. Mark, serve supper at Pensacola United Methodist Community Ministries. We will meet at PUMCM at 4:00pm, 2600 W. Strong Street.

Trash to Treasure

Thank you so much for an excellent yard sale! We had far more visitors than we were expecting and an anonymous donor offered to match up to $2000 in sales. GSUMC was able to take advantage of the $2,000 matching grant to be sent to UMCOR!

We couldn't have done this without you!
